A proficient semester for UCM Resita in 2008
Completed orders and in progress for export and domestic market in 2008
We like to believe that the people don't know us only by the performances achieved by the Sports Club UCM Resita. The company U.C.M. Resita S.A. sustains the performance outside, but inside enforces it!
Perhaps it's better to know the activity of the company U.C.M. Resita S.A., during the first months of the year, considering the fact that we approach rapidly to closing of a new semester as well as to the celebration of another year of existence.
Hereunder, please find, synthetically, the activity performed until know.
From the portfolio of contracts dedicated to export, in 2008 the company has completed the works for the following main objectives:
- Gelbahskaya (Russia) 2 valves for Russia, delivered and assembled in April 2008
- Varahi (Boving Fouress LTD India) 2 vertical synchronous hydro generators 1 X 7500 KW delivered
- Uluabat (Turkey) and Darica (Slovenia), customer Voith Siemens spiral cases
- Zakucac (Slovenia) and Tiszaloek (Hungary) turbine components (performed for Lower Olt also)
- Marun (Turkey), customer Voith Siemens stator frame, close to completion the lower and upper bracket for this hydro power objective
On internal plan, in 2008 a series of big orders have been completed in 2008, among these:
- HEPP Ionesti (Valcea) turbine components Racovita no.1
- HEPP Plopi (SH Hateg) General Overhauling of turbine and generator (completion of order)
- HEPP Petresti General Overhauling of turbine and generator (presently in assembly stage)
Currently and for the next period, there are in progress of performing for export the following objectives:
- Somanamaradi (Boving Fouress LTD India) vertical synchronous generator 1 X 6000 KW (complete)
- Rangit (Boving Fouress LTD India) Francis rotor
- Manyas and Kilavuzlu (Turkey) manufacture of rotors, a Rom-Energo contract.
- Kang Krachan (customer EGAT Thailand) rehabilitation of hydro unit 1 X 17500 KW
- Tiszaloek (Hungary) manufacture of 24 new guide vanes (completion May 2008)
- Plavinas (Latvia), customer INET AG HG components.
Also, on internal plan, huge orders are in progress:
- HEPP Caineni (SH Sibiu) New investment at this objective delivery of equipments at Hydro Unit1 and Hydro Unit 2
- HEPP Calimanesti (Hidroserv si SH Ramnicu Valcea) RK Calimanesti
- HEPP Racovita (SH Sibiu) Investments at turbine and generator
- HEPP Sugag (Hidroserv Sebes) General overhauling of turbine and generator
- HEPP Arcesti Slatina General overhauling of turbine and generator
