- diagnosis for the hydropower units in service
- analysis for the lines of hydraulic turbines in service within the hydropower stations
- rehabilitation suggestions to improve the energetic and cavitational performances of the hydraulic turbines in service
- design of custom designed hydraulic micro-turbines (out of the standard range)
Industrial measurements
Investigation and diagnosis activities on machines and machine elements based on following measurements:
- vibrations, including vibratory analysis and vibratory-diagnosis
- electric resistance voltage measurement
- internal stresses
- physical dimensions (pressure, displacements, speed, etc.) at hydropower units (turbines, governors, valves, generators, bearings, etc.) by means of Bruell & Kjaer, Schency, VISHAY, ESAM Messtechnik finding system.
Guaranty measurements of models performed on test stand
As independent laboratory, there are performed guaranty measurements in order to certify the performance of models supplied by the customer.
